Life Blueprint

Self Care is the foundation for a Life Renovation and a Blueprint Life Plan. Use the following tips to begin to live the life you were meant to live.

  1. Every architect needs a rough draft. Purchase a journal and begin your sketch by writing uncensored free thought.

  2. Move your foundation to solid ground. Choose the positive. Eliminate negative self talk and self doubt. Begin to build on what you know works and what feels good for you.

  3. Evaluate your framework. Ask for support when you need it. Reaching out to others allows for you to build a solid structure.

  4. Don't overbuild. Doing too much is overwhelming and not efficient. Begin to organize your life renovation in small manageable steps. Reset and relax when you need to and don't feel guilty.

  5. Know your property lines. Setting boundaries for yourself and the things you hold dear will enable you others to understand your priorities and respect your time, space and schedule.

Susan K. Sugar I was at one of those crossroads in life when I stumbled on Blueprint Life Coaching. Hesitant to commit, leary if there were benefits for me, concerned if I would be wasting my time etc. My first class with Suzanne Evans was very enlightening. More importantly, my heart was singing with motivation and belief once again in myself. I signed up and the classes continue to inspire me and give me the direction I was lacking. Life is far too fascinating to ignore the disciplines necessary to execute the thought processes of life!

  1. Have a clear lot to build on. Make sure your home, office and environment are free of clutter so that you have the ability to design, create and build the life you were meant to live.

  2. Design your dream house. Don't limit your creativity and vision...begin to think big, live big and give big! But...

  3. Leave room for expansion. Pay attention to the areas of your life that need more space. Notice what keeps nagging at you. What can you change in that structure to make you less stressed?

  4. Decorate your interior with color and flair! Find creative outlets that give you a sense of calm and fun. Explore, play, and giggle more! Your soul will thank you.

  5. Find professionals to help with the job. As you design and build the life of your dreams align with individuals that can support and challenge you to reach your goals. Find a professional that can help you with the process whether it be a personal trainer, coach, counselor, or consultant.
Julie Manning I think Suzanne's biggest strength is being action-oriented. Before I started working with her, I thought personal coaches were for people who didn't have any friends to talk to. I was totally wrong. While friends can provide support and some well-meant suggestions, they aren't geared for or trained to help you move ahead with your business, life or dreams. It really is a very specific set of skills. When I work with Suzanne, she is always totally focused on what I want to do, and she knows what to either ask or say to help me do it. She also has an incredible ability to generate new ideas, one after another after another. AT the end of each work session, I find she has given me 5-6 new actionable ideas to help build my mediation business and I always say to myself "Suzanne is worth every penny that I pay her."
